~For All Eternity~

Oceans of tears

she cried through the night

longing to hold him

yet he's no where in site.

She sits alone and wonders

how long he'll be away

And when he does return to her

Will he then but stay.

She longed to hold him close to her

To look upon his face

To speak of love in such a way

While held in his embrace.

As darkness fell across the sky

and the moon shined down from above

tis then she slowly closed her eyes

And dreamed of her one true love.

Awakened by a soft faint voice

She sat up in her bed

And though she did not see him yet

She fought to clear her head.

He stood there in the dark of night

As tears fell upon his cheek

and though he tried with all his strength

He found he couldn't speak.

He found her to be beautiful

And loving in every way

So from the shadows he walked to her

And vowed to her he'd stay.

He gently placed his hand on her

And softly caressed her cheek

He stood and held her close to him

Her eyes he did then seek.

I love you was the words he spoke

And without you I could not bare

To look upon your lovely face

With skin so soft and fair.

He held her close and kissed her deep

And placed her on the bed

And though the night as they made love

Not a single word was said.

Though many moons have come and gone

And together they will always be

For as their love is pure and strong

There souls are truely free.
